To activate the 3-Day Free Trial you must submit valid payment info up front via PayPal. Your subscription is set to Auto-Pay. If you don't cancel before the 72-hour trial window expires, your saved method is charged — $5.00/month or $45.00/year depending on your selection.
Monthly charges are non-refundable for partial months but can be canceled to prevent future billing. ALL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ($45.00) ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. By choosing the annual plan for the 25% discount, you agree LIT CEE LLC will not issue pro-rated or full refunds under any circumstances, including early cancellation, account deletion, or suspension for violations.
LIT CEE maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding human exploitation, abuse, and illegal activity. The platform expressly prohibits aiding, abetting, encouraging, or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of any person, including but not limited to human trafficking, sex trafficking, commercial sex operations, child exploitation, and harassment. Any user or host found engaging in, promoting, or facilitating these activities will face immediate, permanent account termination and immediate referral to federal and local law enforcement authorities.
Zero tolerance for harassment, cyberbullying, or malicious behavior. Use the built-in Report and Block tools. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Violating accounts are permanently terminated and forfeit remaining subscription time without refund.
Sexually Explicit Content Prohibited: Sexually explicit language and pictures are strictly prohibited anywhere on LIT CEE — including profiles, messages, community chats, seminars, and advertisements. All sexually explicit behavior is automatically flagged and deleted. Repeat offenders can and will be banned from using LIT CEE.
Human Trafficking & Commercial Sex Prohibited: Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and any exchange of money, gifts, or compensation for sex or sexual behavior are strictly prohibited on LIT CEE. Soliciting, offering, or facilitating commercial sex or sexual services — anywhere on the platform — will result in immediate content removal, a permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
LIT CEE provides the framework for independent coaches to host seminars. LIT CEE LLC does not employ coaches and is not responsible for their advice, materials, or any techniques, methods, or strategies presented in a seminar. An active subscription is required to purchase tickets or enter live seminars. Platform commission fees are deducted at the point of sale.
Host Credentials & Licensing: LIT CEE does not verify, vet, or guarantee that any host is licensed, certified, or otherwise credentialed to provide the services, advice, or guidance offered in a seminar. It is solely the responsibility of the person purchasing a ticket to independently research and confirm a host's qualifications and licensing before buying a ticket or attending. LIT CEE LLC assumes no liability for a host's unlicensed, uncredentialed, or misrepresented status.
Seminars Are Separate from Subscriptions: Your Basic or Premium subscription grants access to the LIT CEE platform and community features but does not include seminar tickets. Live and on-demand seminars are standalone, individually priced products sold separately. Ticket prices are set by the coaches, not by LIT CEE — each coach independently determines the price for their own seminars, and that price is displayed on the seminar listing before purchase. Attending any seminar requires purchasing its ticket in addition to holding an active subscription.
LIT CEE provides a native in-app tipping mechanic to allow attendees to financially support hosts during or immediately following live seminars.
Platform Fee Split: All tips are processed under our standard marketplace revenue framework. LIT CEE retains a 10% gross platform commission to cover data streaming and administrative costs. The remaining 90% is sent to the host's account as an instant payout, minus standard credit card merchant fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
Non-Refundable Policy: Unlike standard seminar entry tickets, all attendee-initiated tips are treated as voluntary gratuities for live content delivery and are 100% non-refundable once processed, even if the user subsequently requests an event ticket refund.
LIT CEE is an online platform only. Any decision to meet, communicate, or arrange in-person gatherings with other users outside of the app is entirely your own. LIT CEE LLC is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, any off-app meetups, interactions, or events — including any damages, harm, or disputes that may arise from them. You engage with other users outside the platform solely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, LIT CEE LLC, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service, interactions between users, or disputes arising from seminar purchases or coaching advice.
Businesses may submit a direct sponsorship for placement across every community chat through the in-app sponsorship form. A non-refundable-upfront $200.00 payment is collected via Stripe at the time of submission. Every sponsorship submission is held in a pending state and must be reviewed and approved by a LIT CEE administrator before the advertisement enters the live rotation. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of LIT CEE LLC.
If a sponsorship is declined, LIT CEE will notify the sponsor by email and automatically issue a full refund of the $200.00 payment to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on the sponsor's statement within 5–10 business days. Approved sponsorships remain subject to the monthly payment schedule; an ad whose monthly payment becomes overdue may be paused or expired at LIT CEE's discretion, and any sponsor determined to be fraudulent or misleading will be permanently removed with no further obligation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
