Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of LIT CEE and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of any remaining subscription time without refund, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, subscribe, host, or use LIT CEE in any capacity. Providing a false date of birth is a violation of this policy and results in an immediate, permanent ban. LIT CEE does not knowingly permit minors on the platform; any account discovered to belong to a minor will be terminated upon discovery.

2. Illegal Activity

You may not use LIT CEE to plan, facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the State of Maryland. This includes, without limitation, fraud, theft, harassment, stalking, threats of violence, weapons trafficking, drug trafficking, and any conduct that exploits or endangers another person. LIT CEE cooperates with law enforcement and may report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

3. Sexually Explicit Profile Content

Sexually explicit language and pictures are strictly prohibited anywhere on LIT CEE — including profile photos, bios, direct messages, community chats, seminar streams, and advertisements. Nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive profile content is not permitted. All sexually explicit material is automatically flagged and deleted. Repeat offenders can and will be banned from using LIT CEE.

4. Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

LIT CEE has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse. Any content that depicts, describes, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection. We report all suspected instances to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. Any user who posts, shares, solicits, or seeks such content will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities. There are no warnings and no appeals for violations of this section.

5. Sexual Violence & Non-Consensual Content

Sexual violence, sexual assault, coercion, and any content depicting or encouraging non-consensual sexual conduct are strictly prohibited. Sharing intimate or sexual images of another person without their explicit consent — including "revenge porn" or any non-consensual dissemination of private sexual material — is prohibited and will result in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement. LIT CEE also prohibits content that sexualizes or fetishizes non-consent, regardless of whether it is fictional or role-play.

6. Human & Sex Trafficking

Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and any exchange of money, gifts, or compensation for sex or sexual behavior are strictly prohibited on LIT CEE. Soliciting, offering, recruiting for, or facilitating commercial sex or sexual services — anywhere on the platform, including profiles, messages, seminars, and community chats — will result in immediate content removal, a permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where applicable. LIT CEE does not permit the platform to be used as a tool to recruit, groom, or traffic any person for sexual or labor exploitation.

7. Scams & Fraud Against Users

Scam activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes romance scams, catfishing, impersonation, phishing, deceptive investment or financial schemes, requests for money or gift cards under false pretenses, and any conduct designed to extract money, personal data, or financial information from another user through deception. Users must not request off-platform payments, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency from other members under any guise. Suspected fraudulent accounts will be suspended pending review and permanently banned where fraud is confirmed.

8. Enforcement & Reporting

LIT CEE uses a combination of automated AI screening and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. Every user has access to built-in Report and Block tools; reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the violation, LIT CEE may remove content, issue a warning, restrict account features, suspend the account, or permanently ban the user. Serious violations — including any involving minors, non-consensual content, trafficking, or fraud — result in immediate permanent bans with no refund of any subscription fees paid. To report a concern, use the in-app Report tool, the support chat, or email the LIT CEE team directly at litceeteam@litcee.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
